A group of 15 founders will come together for six weekly one-hour sessions. Together, we will explore the personal dimension of the startup journey in a highly interactive setting, giving you an opportunity to share, learn and grow from, and with, your peers.

Who it is for:
 This group is for you if you are looking to make a positive social impact with your business. All you have to bring is a willingness to be open, honest and vulnerable about your experience as an entrepreneur. It doesn't matter where you are on your entrepreneurial journey. This program is exclusive to WeWork members.

We're excited to be working with Oren Ipp, founder of The Changing Room, an initiative to support social entrepreneurs to acquire the tools, frameworks and experience to improve their wellbeing; in other words, to do good, do well, and most importantly, be well. Learn more about Oren on LinkedIn.

Each week we will explore a topic on wellbeing and personal growth that is relevant to the group. Topics may range from finding meaning and inspiration to working from integrity to maintaining balance and self care. Topics may also include managing overwhelm, understanding self-doubt, and addressing loneliness. In this brave space, everyone will have an opportunity to share their experiences and draw on others’ innate wisdom.
The program will consist of one 60-minute group session per week, and will run for six weeks. We ask each participant to commit to attending at least five out of these six sessions.
This program is open to our WeWork Labs for Good community from around the globe and will therefore be delivered virtually via Zoom.
This program is exclusive to WeWork members, but you don't have to be a Labs member. We are looking to recruit a diverse set of founders interested in both learning from the group's collective intelligence and giving back by sharing their own experience.
